25ml Monin Cucumbre
10ml Fresh Lime Juice
50ml Pineapple Juice
Method
Muddle ginger, wasabi and lime in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake and fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.
